Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and MindBlow Games (" we," "us") covering your use of every game we publish (each, the "App"), including titles we release in the future.

If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't install or use our games. Our companion Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Acceptable use

When using our games, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's code or assets, except where a law you're subject to grants you that right despite this restriction
• Modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the App
• Use any automated tool, bot, or exploit to interfere with the App's normal operation
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law

4. In-game features

Our games include gameplay aids — such as chances, hints, boosters and reveals — that reset or refill as you progress through levels. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and exist purely to shape gameplay within the App. If we later introduce purchasable content, additional terms specific to that content will be presented to you at the point of purchase and will supplement these Terms.

5. Advertising & third parties

Our games may display advertising served by third-party advertising partners (for example, Google AdMob) and may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand and improve them. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies; see our Privacy Policy for details on the data involved.

6. Intellectual property

Our games, including their names, artwork, puzzles, code, and all other content, are owned by MindBlow Games and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you — you receive only the limited license described in Section 2.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that any game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindBlow Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games. Our total liability for any claim relating to a game will not exceed the amount you paid us for that game in the twelve months before the claim arose (or, if you paid us nothing, a nominal amount).

9. Termination

You may stop using any of our games at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, or discontinue a game altogether, at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 8 and 12 — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as we add new features like in-app purchases or additional advertising. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected in each game's in-game settings, where these Terms are always one tap away. Continuing to use a game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required by mandatory consumer-protection rules in your own country of residence.
