Privacy Policy: Web Games on CrazyGames
Last updated
This policy explains, in plain language, what our web games on CrazyGames do and don't do with your information. The short version: our games don't collect any personal information. Ads, accounts and saved progress are handled by CrazyGames, under CrazyGames' own privacy policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the web (browser) versions of games published by MindBlow Games ("we," "us") on CrazyGames (crazygames.com, CrazyGames' other regional websites, and the CrazyGames apps). This currently includes Cat Sudoku: Brain Logic Puzzle.
Our mobile games are covered by our main Privacy Policy, and our games on Poki by our Poki Privacy Policy, because each platform uses different advertising and analytics services.
By playing our games on CrazyGames, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't play them.
2. At a glance

3. Information we collect
We don't collect personal information
Our web games don't ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details, and they don't send any information to MindBlow Games. We have no servers for these games, and the games include no analytics, tracking, or advertising code of our own.
Your saved progress
So you can pick up where you left off, each game saves a small amount of information through the CrazyGames SDK's save feature:
- Your current level and whether you've finished the tutorial
- How many hints and cat reveals you have left
- Your music, sound, speech, and vibration settings
Where this is stored depends on whether you're signed in to CrazyGames:
- Playing as a guest: it stays in your browser's storage on your own device.
- Signed in to CrazyGames: CrazyGames also saves it to your account, so your progress follows you to other devices. If you sign in after playing as a guest, CrazyGames transfers your existing progress to your account.
Either way the information is only about the game — it doesn't identify you, and it's never sent to us. Account-synced progress is held by CrazyGames under its own privacy policy. Your browser may also keep a copy of the game's files so the game loads faster next time.
You can delete the copy on your device at any time by clearing your browser's site data for CrazyGames. In a private or incognito window, it's deleted automatically when you close the window. To delete progress saved to your CrazyGames account, use the account options on CrazyGames or contact CrazyGames directly.
4. CrazyGames and advertising
Our games are published on CrazyGames, a web games platform run by Maxflow BV (Leuven, Belgium). Our games use the CrazyGames SDK, which lets CrazyGames:
- Show midgame ads during natural breaks in the game, such as between levels or when restarting
- Show rewarded video ads, but only when you choose to watch one, for example after tapping "Watch Ad" to get an extra hint. Watching them is always optional, and the reward is always available another way.
- Measure how the game is played and performs — when gameplay starts and stops, and how long the game takes to load — so CrazyGames can run and improve its platform
- Save your game progress, as described in Section 3
CrazyGames, and the advertising partners it works with, may use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your IP address, user IDs, browser type, and operating system. This happens under CrazyGames' own policies, not ours, and CrazyGames is responsible for it. You can change your choices through the Cookie Preferences and Manage Your Ad Preferences controls on the CrazyGames site. To learn more, see:
- CrazyGames Privacy Policy (which also contains its Cookie Policy)
- CrazyGames Terms & Conditions
We don't receive any information from CrazyGames that identifies you personally.
5. Cookies
Our games don't set any cookies of their own. Cookies on CrazyGames are set by CrazyGames and its partners, as described in the Cookie Policy section of the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing and selling
We don't sell, rent, or share personal information, because we don't collect any. CrazyGames' handling of information is described in its own privacy policy.
7. Children's privacy
Our web games are suitable for players of all ages and don't collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no chat features, no user profiles, and no links that take players out of the game.
CrazyGames states that its main platform is intended for players aged 13 and over, and it runs a separate site for younger children at kids.crazygames.com, which has its own privacy policy and does not allow personalised advertising. Those rules are CrazyGames', not ours. Parents and guardians with questions about our games can contact us using the details below.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used.
- Progress saved on your device: you control it and can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, as described in Section 3.
- Data handled by CrazyGames — including ads, platform analytics, your account, and progress synced to it: use the privacy and ad preference options on CrazyGames, or the contact details in the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.
- Questions for us: we don't hold any personal information about you, but we're happy to answer any questions. Email us at the address below.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Because our web games don't collect or send personal information, there's no personal information of yours for us to store or protect. CrazyGames is responsible for securing the information it handles, including progress saved to your account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if a game gains new features. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting personal information, or start using CrazyGames' account, leaderboard, or purchase features, we'll update this policy before doing so.
