Privacy Policy: Web Games on Poki
Last updated
This policy explains, in plain language, what our web games on Poki do and don't do with your information. The short version: our games don't collect any personal information. Ads and site analytics are handled by Poki, under Poki's own privacy policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the web (browser) versions of games published by MindBlow Games ("we," "us") on Poki (poki.com and Poki's related sites and apps). This currently includes Cat Sudoku: Brain Logic Puzzle.
Our mobile games are covered by a separate policy, our main Privacy Policy, because they work differently (for example, they use different advertising and analytics services).
By playing our games on Poki, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't play them.

3. Information we collect
We don't collect personal information
Our web games don't ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details, and they don't send any information to MindBlow Games. We have no servers for these games, and the games include no analytics, tracking, or advertising code of our own.
Saved in your browser
So you can pick up where you left off, each game saves a small amount of information in your browser's storage on your own device:
- Your current level and whether you've finished the tutorial
- How many hints and cat reveals you have left
- Your music, sound, speech, and vibration settings
This information stays on your device, doesn't identify you, and is never sent to us. Your browser may also keep a copy of the game's files so the game loads faster next time.
You can delete all of this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Poki. In a private or incognito window, it's deleted automatically when you close the window.
4. Poki and advertising
Our games are published on Poki, a web games platform run by Poki B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Our games use the Poki SDK, which lets Poki:
- Show ads during natural breaks in the game, such as between levels or when restarting
- Show rewarded video ads, but only when you choose to watch one, for example after tapping "Watch Ad" to get an extra hint. Watching them is always optional.
- Measure how the game is played and performs (for example, when gameplay starts and stops) so Poki can run and improve its website
Poki, and the advertising partners Poki works with, may use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you interact with ads. This happens under Poki's own policies, not ours, and Poki is responsible for it. To learn more, or to change your cookie and ad choices, see:
We don't receive any information from Poki that identifies you personally.
5. Cookies
Our games don't set any cookies of their own. Cookies on Poki are set by Poki and its partners, as described in the Poki Cookie Statement.
6. Sharing and selling
We don't sell, rent, or share personal information, because we don't collect any. Poki's handling of information is described in Poki's own privacy statement.
7. Children's privacy
Our web games are suitable for players of all ages and don't collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no chat features, no user profiles, and no links that take players out of the game.
Poki has its own rules and protections for younger players, which are explained in the Poki Privacy Center. Parents and guardians with questions about our games can contact us using the details below.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used.
- Data in your browser: you control it and can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, as described in Section 3.
- Data handled by Poki: contact Poki at privacy@poki.com, or use the options in the Poki Privacy Center.
- Questions for us: we don't hold any personal information about you, but we're happy to answer any questions. Email us at the address below.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Because our web games don't collect or send personal information, there's no personal information of yours for us to store or protect. Poki is responsible for securing the information it handles.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if a game gains new features. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting personal information, we'll update this policy before doing so.
