Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what our games do and don't do with your information. It covers every game published by MindBlow Games.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers every mobile game published by MindBlow Games ("we," "us," the "App"), including titles we release in the future. It applies wherever our games are distributed, including Google Play.
By installing or playing any of our games, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Individual games link to this same policy from their in-game settings.
2. At a glance
This summary mirrors the categories Google Play's Data Safety section asks developers to disclose, so you see the same information here that appears on our store listings.
| Category | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Gameplay progress & settings | Level reached, sound/vibration toggles — stored only in local device storage | Collected |
| Advertising ID & ad interaction data | Read by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded ads) to show and measure ads | Collected |
| App interactions & diagnostics | Aggregate gameplay analytics (level progress, in-game actions, ad interactions, device/session info) collected by GameAnalytics | Collected |
| Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone | Not accessed or collected | Not collected |
| Account or sign-in data | Our games have no account system — nothing to create or log into | Not collected |
| Data sent to our servers | None — MindBlow Games operates no backend; our games make no network calls of their own | Not collected |
3. Information we collect
Stored only on your device
Our games make no network requests of their own and we have no server to send data to. Each game stores a small amount of information locally on your device (via the platform's standard app-preferences storage) purely so it remembers where you left off:
- Your current level number and puzzle or match progress
- Whether you've accepted this policy (so we don't ask twice)
- Your music, sound, speech and vibration toggle choices
None of this leaves your device, and none of it identifies you personally. Uninstalling a game deletes its local data.
Collected by Google AdMob
Our games are supported by advertising through Google AdMob, which shows banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads. AdMob's own SDK independently collects:
- Your device's advertising ID and general device information (model, OS version, language, approximate region)
- Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, tapped or completed
This collection is performed by AdMob's own SDK under Google's privacy policy, not by code we operate ourselves. See Section 5 for your controls over the advertising ID.
Collected by GameAnalytics
Our games use GameAnalytics, a third-party game analytics SDK, to help us understand how they're played. GameAnalytics' own SDK independently collects:
- Gameplay events — which level you're on, whether you complete or fail it, and your in-game score
- In-game actions — use of hints and power-ups, and interactions with ads (which ad type, where it was shown, whether it completed)
- Device and session information — device model, OS version, and general session diagnostics, similar to what AdMob already collects
This collection is performed by GameAnalytics' own SDK under its own privacy policy, not by code we operate ourselves. GameAnalytics does not receive your name, email, or other information that identifies you personally. See GameAnalytics' Privacy Notice for Game Developers for details.
4. How we use it
- To run the game — restoring your saved level, puzzle state and settings when you reopen it.
- To show and measure ads — selecting and reporting on ads through Google AdMob.
- To understand and improve our games — seeing which levels or features are popular, and finding crashes to fix, using data collected by GameAnalytics.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything beyond operating, measuring and improving our games.
5. Advertising & your advertising ID
Android provides a resettable, user-controlled advertising ID instead of a permanent device identifier, specifically so you can limit how it's used for ads. Our games serve ads through Google AdMob, and you can at any time:
- Opt out of personalised ads — Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"
- Reset your advertising ID — Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID"
We will never combine your advertising ID with personally identifying information, and we won't use it for anything other than the advertising and measurement purposes disclosed here.
6. Sharing & third parties
We don't share information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. The only sharing that happens is with the service providers named above — Google AdMob for advertising and GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics — strictly so they can perform the function we've engaged them for. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies; for Google's services that's Google's Privacy Policy and its How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services disclosure, and for GameAnalytics its Privacy Notice for Game Developers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of MindBlow Games, our players, or the public.
7. Children's privacy
Our games are general-audience titles and are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a game is ever made available to a child-directed or mixed audience under Google Play's Families Policy, we will:
- Serve ads only through advertising partners and mediation platforms self-certified under the Google Play Families Ads SDK programme
- Avoid serving personalised ads to users known to be children
- Comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and equivalent regional laws
A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us with personal information may contact us using the details in Section 11 to have it reviewed or removed.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:
- Ask what information is held about you and request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to, or opt out of, certain processing, including personalised advertising
- Withdraw any consent you've given, at any time
Because our games store everything locally, the simplest way to exercise most of these rights is directly on your device: clearing a game's storage or uninstalling it removes your local save data immediately. For anything held by our advertising or analytics partners, use the controls in Section 5, or contact us and we'll help direct your request.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the way the CCPA defines "sale," beyond the third-party ad measurement described in Sections 5–6. You may still contact us to make a specific request.
9. Security & retention
Local save data lives in the platform's sandboxed app storage, protected by your device's own security. Since our games have no backend server, there is no MindBlow Games database of player data to secure or breach. Data collected by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own retention schedules; local save data is retained on your device until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how our games handle data — most notably if we add another advertising or analytics partner, or introduce a backend — we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and update our Google Play Data Safety declarations to match. Significant changes will also be reflected in each game's in-game settings, where this policy is always one tap away.
